Each morning begins with an energizing yoga practice, blending Hatha with gentle Vinyasa flow.
Afternoons invite you to unwind with restorative movement, breathwork, guided meditations, and deeply soothing sessions featuring Tibetan sound bowls.
Each day
we’ll sail for around three hours, anchoring each evening in a new location — secluded, tranquil coves hidden from land and sheltered by nature. Along the way, we’ll also explore charming island towns full of character and coastal beauty.
